Our Warehouse in Sweden

We have a central warehouse in Växjö, Sweden, where we stock most of the brands and products available on our website. Orders with products from our Växjö warehouse are shipped directly from Sweden, ensuring fast and efficient delivery within Europe.

Shipping to Nordic countries

Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery is estimated to 2-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivery is estimated to 1-3 business days.

Orders to these countries are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day from our Växjö warehouse. We ship with DHL, which offers both home delivery and delivery to agents for increased flexibility.

Shipping to other European countries

Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery is estimated to 2-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivery is estimated to 1-3 business days.

Most of our European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Växjö to ensure fast delivery times.

Product-Specific Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the specific product.On each product page, you will find the exact delivery time for that particular item. We recommend that you check these details before placing your order to know when you can expect delivery. 

We dispatch your order as quickly as we can! Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

If it says "Available" on the product page, it means that we need to get the item from one of our suppliers. This can sometimes occur with products that we do not always have in stock or that we unexpectedly run out of. We do our best to be transparent with our delivery times.

Multiple packages in one order

We offer a wide range of products from various premium brands.In some cases, items in your order may be shipped from different locations, which may result in multiple packages for the same order. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment, allowing you to track each part of your order separately.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Nordic countries - Free shipping on orders over:

Sweden: 1000 SEK
Norway: 1000 NOK
Denmark: 700 DKK
Finland: 100 EUR
Iceland: 15000 ISK

Other European countries: Free shipping on orders over 100 EUR. A flat fee will be calculated at checkout for orders under this amount.

International orders: Shipping costs vary depending on location and weight, calculated at checkout.
